At Onceg, we would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we have a simple and easy Refund & Return Policy.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from receipt to return products.
  • Products must be new, unwashed, and in original package.
  • Used or washed pillows and bed linen cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

  • When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your initial payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We exchange items only if they are defective, damaged, or were in error. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@onceg.shop before exchanging the item.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer is to pay return postage except for faulty or incorrect item.
  • Use a traceable mailing method as we cannot guarantee the acceptance of untraceable returns.
