Order Processing

  • We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from when you have received your order confirmation email.
  • You'll receive a second notification once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship within Germany and the EU currently.
  • Standard delivery in Germany: 3–7 business days. 
  • EU deliveries: 4–10 business days, depending on destination.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Carriers

We employ trustworthy carriers to deliver your bed linen and pillows securely and within the scheduled time. You will be sent a tracking number via email as soon as your package is en route.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within Germany and the EU. For orders outside the EU, please email us at support@onceg.shop to check availability and shipping charges.

Delays & Issues
