What's Covered:

  • Unsound seams or stitching
  • Damage that is related to product functionality in normal usage

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear with passage of time
  • Stains, discoloration, or fading due to washing

Warranty Period:
Our Onceg bed linen and pillows are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

How to Claim:
If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact our support team:

Provide your order number and a fault description, and also some photos if possible. Onceg will process your claim and, if it is valid, repair or replace the product promptly.
